I know I've seen this topic before but.....can't remember when and where.
I want to have my rear rotor on an R6 drilled out some. I know there a company who handles this on the board. Can you hit me with the info!

    RE: TCM Products

Good luck on getting him to respond. I've called several times and left messages with no response and none of my e-mails were answered either. Other people I've talked to had the same problem. Too bad, the rearsets that came from them were nice.

Strange. I got this one for my FZR400 from him without a hitch. Same with the one I got for my Ducati.

They did the rotor on my VFR800, my former FZR400, and my M900.

Looks great but damn.....how bout little customer service from them. Surely they can make a phone call or e-mail after 3 weeks...I sent this off in no rush but now...I needs it back. I sent it too them becasue of the quality job they do but it's being overshadowed now by not contacting me.

TCM did the one on my 600RR and I had zero problems with them. Very fast return time and quality work.

I've had both experiences with TCM.
It's the beginning of the race season, so they are probably swamped.
    Keep calling!
The one that went awry (delay) they made right by me, so I'd definately use them again (& intend to).

    (diet)DrThunder Why so serious, son?

Why screw around with someone who can't be bothered to talk to customers? Jimmy is always responsive, and his rotor cuts look cooler anyway :)
