Yes, but the snow that is falling in these strange places is in fact caused from the warming of the air in other parts of the world. See, what happens is that the sun is heating an area in Lower Slobovia and as the column of air rises it cools causing a shift in the Earth's air flow which in turn causes all the butterflies in the Amazon to take off at the same time. This boosts the thermal layer between the Nile and the southern tip of Cuba which increases the angle of the wind approach to India city resulting in excessive snow. See? It's simple.
