I don't believe that I missed it, I just determined that it was not germane to the point I was making. As both you and Ysasserina noted, there may indeed be a reason that one would want to wear a mask, even when driving alone. My point was and still is, the posted sign stated that it made the masked up solo driver look stupid. That is their opinion and not one which I necessarily share, but the sign does not state that the solo driver, nor anyone else, is stupid.

I concur that stupid, in all of its guises, is running rampant and I see no relief in the foreseeable future. I have no clue regarding the contagious nature.

I grew up in a neighborhood like that.

Fuck that place.

My parents still reside there. I’m only satisfied because they pay about 1/4 of the amount on property taxes that their neighbors do for a house of the same value.

 

If it was one of the new direct injected Hyundais it might just work.
