Top Gear (when it was good) did that on old gas and diesel beaters. They progressively increased the ratio of diesel in the gas car and gas in the diesel car.

Took a bunch to actually do any damage IIRC.

I may be wrong but I believe the diesel conked out first.

    Must be on the youtubes....

I use to deliver fuel to QT stores.
Part of the process is to always dump the diesel first.
You would then dump regular fuel through the diesel hoses afterwards, thus some diesel ends up in the regular holding tanks, and cleans the diesel out of the hoses in the process of the delivery.

Not a bad strategery, but alas not my circus and not my monkeys and not my insurance fraud conviction :D

I've been adding about a gallon of old two stroke to my gas tank after fillups to get rid of ~5 gallons of it. Haven't noticed an issue with my truck, but I definitely noticed an issue fairly immediately when I used it in my Grom (although that ratio was much higher than the ~5% mix that's going in my truck).

A lot of the fuel system cleaners are based on kerosene with a few additives. Kerosene, diesel, home heating oil and Jet A aviation fuel are all basically the same with some being a little higher refined.

Nice!!! Here's my '75. The wheels got stolen off of it after I put a deposit down on it and they put these beauties on as a replacement!
For all you youngins, this car cost less than the last phone I bought.

Or maybe you're an 81 year old woman who is running multiple errands negotiating her glasses, hearing aid, earrings and the mask, and a hat if it's cold. And it makes more sense to leave the mask on for the duration. Because she's not stupid.

    Something to consider.

And this is with low psi in the air shocks in the back! There was a schrader valve in the trunk used to raise the rear.

Nice. I really wanted the liftback because it looked so much like the '69 Mustang. I don't think they hit the US market until 76 or 77. IIRC I got min in fall of 77 with about 40k miles on it. New was out of the question. That was my first car I purchased that came with a payment book.

Indeed, they do. Possibly you missed the directed declarative clause (it's the one in the middle if you are having trouble finding it) which might be consequential in cases such as: On your way to pick up your aging mother five blocks away to take her to a doctor's appointment.

Stupid seems contagious lately, in both appearance and action.
