Theres a podcast / youtube video series where Stanboli answers questions about the previous race weekend. He will show data from Jake and Josh and even compare the two. It shows how tenths of a second are made and when executed perfectly, leads to a .2 sec advantage per lap which leads to a 4 second gap at the finish of the race. Thats what it takes.

 

Why? Less teams in the paddock and competition on track? Makes no sense at all.. Sounds like someone is Butthurt here…

 

Jackson Blackman?

 

Jackson said he'll be on the R7 at Brainerd even though MA hasn't released a competition bulletin stating the R7 has been homologated. Then again, MA hasn't updated the list of approved bikes saying the RS 660 is homologated either.

I liked Michael Hill in the box with Roger. Robbie wasn’t too bad in the pits either. I also thought Weigant did a great job, but with him covering MX I don't see that as a permanent option.

He is behind both Blackmon and Hobbs, and neither of them are no the 660. Interesting how only 1 of of the top 4 in points are on a 660 isn't it?

In the last episode he also was saying how as soon as Josh jumps on the bike he turns the TC all the way up.
Its pretty interesting when he compares Josh and Jakes data, Jake definitively looks to be a smoother rider (based on my limited knowledge reading those graphs).

 

They are literally talking about 1 bar of brake pressure and 10 feet difference in brake points. I can work on stuff on a twin that's approaching the brake marker at 11o MPH. I imagine it's a little faster on the Superbike!

 

Or you could just watch them ride on the track and get that right away.

That's probably a tricky situation. If I had to guess it's because he's putting music he doesn't own over the videos taken at thier event and the buck stops with them.
Or it's just a case of they own the media and don't like that he's doing a better job than they are with it..

 

So anybody know the deal between moto America and that videographer on the IG that also those Kyle Wyman videos? IIRC
Apparently they asked him to take all the content down...
