Power Cup 2's. OEM tire on the KTM 890R - best road tire I've ever ridden and if you prefer an actual expert opinion, youtube Sylvain Guintoli's review of them on his Jizza - he raves about em. Just don't expect many miles from them.
I have actually been itching to try those. Been running Bridgestone's for a while and I would say my overall impression of them is "meh". Have you been using warmers on the Cup 2's?
Cup2 for track days. 36-38 PSI front, 25-28 PSI rear off the track Slick2 for racing. 36-38 PSI front, 25-28 PSI rear off the track Power Performance Cup if you're a top expert racer
They might be a great tire but I'm pretty sure Michelin sponsors him, so not sure I'd take what he says at face value.
Since this tire is marketed as a 90% track/10% street tire I figured he has some track time on them as well. Hence the question about warmers. Come to think of it though....................when I park my bike at Starbucks, why couldn't I put it on stands and warmers? That would really complete the image that I'm going for.
Well since the OP and 2nd poster seemed to reference street use…… Be sure to post pics here if you do it.
