Hey grill website has lots that you can make on your own.
I still make my own sometimes but it’s easier just to buy haha

I often make my own, but they are never the same twice. For purchased stuff, I really like the "sweet rub o' mine" for use on pork. Meat Church also makes good stuff but I don't have anyone local that sells it.

2 parts kosher salt, 2 parts 16 grind black pepper, 1 part sweet Hungarian paprika.
    Apply modestly.

Will be putting this on short ribs tomorrow (I know, different type of meat but still):

    • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
    • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • handful oak and apple blend wood chunks
    Spritz
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup white vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce

In mexico so there are no store bought rubs. I know the ingredientes. Just seeing if someone has way to much time on their hands and has a solid recipie

Bad Byrons Butt Rub is my go to. I would like to get into making my own rubs and sauce, but I'm too chickenshit to screw it up.

This is my go-to for ribs or pork roast. I like to cook ribs low and slow then chill overnight, slice cold and finish on the grill with sauce.
    Hope the file loads

I made ribs yesterday with Montreal steak seasoning, Goya Adobo seasoning and Mexican Tagine spices. They were yummy.

HOWEVER, I just harvested about 8 nice Morrel mushrooms and would like to know how to best use them. Suggestions?

    Salt. Pepper.

After that anything you like, keep the amount small and ramp up more as you use it more often - which means you have to make more ribs/brisket/chicken/pork shoulder and so on :D
