So it's cool being Captain Attack a Ho... Dude, you're truly wrong and extremely fucked up on this one no matter what your reasoning for it is. You'd be way better off just shutting up.
I'm at 25 plus married, 30 together, my advice is these morons should have all waited for the right one Never understood this inherent need to be married or even have a significant other. My first truly serious relationship is the one I'm still in.
I have noticed that neither Caustic Yarn nor Pickled Egg have come on here and bitched about the other during the course of their dissolution of marriage. The only disparaging comments have come from D-zum. Why is he unable to maintain the same sense of decorum as the parties involved? I wonder what his issue with CY is?
@zx6rfool Sorry I'm late to the party, but this isn't making sense. No comment on the marriage / emotional part, but you can't refinance a house that you're not living in and get any kind of good deal. You already have a primary residence, you can't have 2. Rates and terms are not going to be the same. Even if you did re-fi and accepted the terms for non-owner occupied, the only way to "take your name off the house" is with a Deed. A Deed is a change of ownership, and that can mean the Mortgagee (bank) can call the loan- the person who got the loan is no longer the owner. I would think with all the attorneys involved, someone should have told you this. She clearly knows, which is why she hasn't taken your name off the house already. Good luck!
Yeah, I come to this thread for the comedic relief. September marks the 40th year together for us. When people ask me how we made it so long, I simply say that we chose well
