Wasn't directed at you (don't know your political stance). ............. typed a bunch of shit but got dungeon'y so I'll just leave the first part.
Got my stimulus check for me and my wife....nothing for either kid though so not sure what the hell is going on.
Nope, and the local officials were checked with ahead of time and said there would be no issues. Racing is totally fine per Georgia executive orders. Only issue would be on the tracks end with their requirements. Only complaint from locals was an older lady who always complains - who moved in with her son next to a racetrack...go figure. She bitched about us running until 6 to get everything in after our couple a long downtimes on Saturday.
I got a check yesterday and it’s less than I expected having 2 kids, but it’s also an odd amount like $874.70. Is everyone else seeing nice round numbers, or is this normal?
If it’s a fake, it’s damn good. Has the watermarks, bleeding ink on seal, correct wording, etc. It even showed up on the day the IRS website said mine was being mailed. I’ll hang onto it for a while and see if I get another one, or the IRS confirmation letter.
If you don't receive the maximum benefit, it is pro-rated and that results in refunds that are typically not whole dollar amounts.
So my PPP experience, condensed: Applied per first wave rules, was funded late April. Wording was changed for the second wave and stated could be applied to first wave loans at time of forgiveness. Super vague guidelines wording. Things like cash reserves, available credit would be considered. Of course we have those, when your payroll is over 300k a month, you better have cash reserves, but zero guidelines on how those levels would be evaluated. So, decided eff it, and sent it back at the start of May. We have been hit hard and could use it, but I am not willing to risk some dirt bags "interpretation" of what qualifies. They changed the rules once, they will change the rules again.
Oohhh sheeit... Thirtyfohunnit $ up in this bitch!!! Handed directly to my wife, never to be seen again.
