Hey guys, I purchased a 2001 xr80r to teach my sons how to ride. now that they have that covered, I want to get the bike setup for mini-moto to take on the Go-Kart track in New Jersey. I was looking at wheels. should I keep the stock rims (16" front 14"rear) and get street rubber or get different size rims. If I need to do that, where can I purchase them used or new. anything I need to do to the suspension/motor brakes, Thanks in advance!
Id keep the front in case you ever got a 100. Get a 14" front off a 70 bolts right on. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-honda...495763?hash=item2ae437e8d3:g:2sIAAOSwS8Bec4ox Mount some 14" scooter tires. Have fun.

How old are you kids? What class or classes were you looking at for your kids to race in? You have a bike for each son?
Finally got some decent weather. Had the grandson out on the PW50 and the granddaughter on the Kawi 110. The fields are still too muddy so it was just on the driveway, still it was a good start.
