Insomnia?

It's not perfect but is always interesting. Next week worry about a job. Kind of like I have to walk outside of my hotel room for this message to send

 

I asked her, she said go for it if you can find one that's interested. She doesn't seem to be too worried about it.

 

I seem to always wakeup at 3am if I've been drinking IPAs and bourbon, but if it's vodka I sleep like a baby.

For the record, my drinking was somewhat out of hand over the past couple of months as I wasn't coping with some things in a healthy way (going through two handles of Titos every 3 or 4 days), but I've been dry for ten days. My sleep has been better but I'm sober all the time.

It fucking sucks

I have gotten into a horrible sleep cycle getting around 5 hours a night,

Definitely not depressed, I drink to much, lived most of the last 15 years on islands, sneak some track days in between, just love motorcycles, 1/3 world countries and work on yachts in between to not work

 

Interesting show on NOVA the other day. They went into a lot about sleep including insomnia.

 

Repeat that over and over to yourself and see if you can't work out the connection.
