what exactly are you drinking out of those cups??? wants a prediction ahead of any qualifying...lol. this aint ballroom dancing!
Surprised this thread made it to 7 posts before someone complained that it's not what it used to be Who besides Wyman and Hayes has entered?
Wyman, but Brandon Paasch keeps him honest all race. There's actually likely 10 guys with a legit shot this year from the entrants I've seen.
Paasch - I think he gets it done this year. Seems like he figured out how to take wins on moto3 bikes which is sort of like the pack they ran last year at Daytona.
Folks with a shot (and this list may not be complete - so no offence to anyone I left off): Wyman, Herrin, Hayes, Paasch, Zayat, Morias, Barnes, DiSalvo, Knapp, Lewis, and Farrell. As with any 200, much will depend preparation including a good engine build that balances power with endurance. Also the team including pit stops is very important. Oh and luck, never forget that having good luck is essential. Qualifying might tell you who doesn't have a shot if they are too far off the pace, but it is unlikely to tell you the winner as the pole sitter rarely wins.
There's a lot of people who can win. Trying to predict the outcome with this many fast guys and well prepared teams is really rolling the dice. Will be a great race to watch!
