    Mike Rowe isn't a liberal. I don't know that he's publicly stated membership in any party but suspect he is much closer to libertarian than anything else (he has made statements about third parties). He would likely do a great job as Governor in CA, but I fully doubt he has any desire to be dragged through the mud any further than he already has.
