    Werd. My great Uncle used to make it over a fire in a big cast iron pot. Haven't had any in years. FWIW, he was from Ware Shoals, not far from Metal Noggin. Maybe a SC thing.

    Your're good to goo Broome, they just nibble anyway.

    Still remember the time my buddy found out how long snappers necks were when we were creek fishing as kids. Big 14" snapper, right in the hand lol.

    My mom is a retired elementary school teacher. One of their annual field trips was to an animal/reptile rescue and one year the kids got to witness a snapping turtle bite a handlers finger off.:Puke: Ask those kids which ones to be careful with and I bet they could still tell you to this day.
