Netflix. What to watch?

I've been watching Shameless for the past few weeks. I always dug this show, but am really appreciating it for what it is. They do a brilliant job depicting American dysfunction.

 

Prime/IMDb is now streaming Corner Gas Animated. I watched the first two episodes. They were good, not great. Somewhere between the original show and the movie as far as quality and laughs go. I'll watch the rest of them as I get time, but it's not a priority.

 

The ending to Goliath caught me off guard.

 

This season is weird. Boring even. 4 episodes in so far.

It gets better. Great last two episodes.

 

Watched T-34 on Amazon yesterday. Not Oscar material, but still pretty good if you’re into slow mo shots of tank rounds doing their thing.

 

Yep, finally got better once they got past the hallucinogenic bullshit.

“Kill the Irishman“

Watched it last night. Excellent!!

 

I know it's not Netflix but we finished The Righteous Gemstones on HBO last night. Great first season.

Now we're going to try Succession..........first episode was pretty good, but hoping it picks up a bit.

 

Stay with it - it just gets better and better, especially season two.

 

May have already been mentioned but we enjoyed Lost in Space S1, S2 is on the way.

 

Anyone have the scoop on season 3 of Ozark? Damn, I want that show back!

The new Jim Gaffigan stand up on Amazon Prime is pretty decent if you like him. And he stay's clean so it's ok if the kids are still up. Watched it Friday night.

 

I'm digging the new Watchmen series on HBO.....

 

David Letterman interview with the Shah Rukh Khan was excellent. It sort of captures how big a star he is in India/Bollywood. Think his net worth is over $600M, and I think that's it's probably higher.

 

I've started watching altered carbon for the third time.
