Seth Starnes of Hurricane Racing built the bike. It will be sold on a bill of sale. I only have previous owners fl registration and bill of sale for bike. No street parts

In Boca Raton. I personally can deliver most any where on East coast with deposit. Bike has won in FRRMA and CCS the few times out.
