All those take is a sliver or nibble... Friend of mine grows peppers and he brings me a variety of Scotch Bonnet, Ghosts, Reapers, Trinidad Scorpions, habaneros and jalapenos for dehydrating and turning to powder for recipes. With anything above habanero or Scotch Bonnet I recommend slicing very thinly if eating raw or adding heat to a single portion.
Just dont get too close. The residual aquanet "superhold" in your head may catch fire from the heat....
