Been going on for an hour, started as soon as when i woke up. I get them all the time, this one is real bad.
Heart beating outta my chest, THUMPING hard Fast. My head feels like it's got 10,000psi pumped into it. Super Dizzy.
I been trying to ignore it, but not going away. Little worried about BP.
Should I take 2 asprins, and chew them????? advices?
THis is NOT medical emergency, just asking advice on the asprins or maybe something I can eat or drink that calm it down???
    TY

Find whatever re set button works for you and if chewing aspirin resets you to calm then okay but better to stay away from pills unless prescribed by medical professional.

Deep breaths, the kind you hold for 5-10 seconds before you exhale.
Do 20 of them, guaranteed to bring your heartrate down.
Consciously imagine your heart slowing down while you do them as an additional mental aid.

Good luck, I've experienced one before, definitely scary stuff.

Took .25 prescrption tranq + 1 asprin chewed and then hot shower......still freaking but feel clean :) ....maybe little less head pressure, little less punding.
I take dog outside now for 10-15, and do Prospect's deep breaths.
    Im safe....just in a catch-22 panic attack.
    I be back
    Thank you guys!!!!!

I was going to suggest breathing exercises also.

The counting while breathing has a nice way of distracting from the pressures of the day.
Also imagine the bellybutton as it gets sucked in towards the spin on exhale.
Anyway both of these take concentration which distracts from the crazy outside world.

    Pick 5 or 10 seconds.

Count to five as you breath in
    Hold for five
Count to five as you exhale
    Hold for five

Added benefit is I can feel my lungs expanding with each breath as lung capacity opens up. It’s like a stretching exercise for your lungs
    Good luck.

You should consult with your medical doctor. During that consult with your medical doctor discuss seeing a psychiatrist about the panic attacks and medications to alieviate the symptoms if they’re unbearable.
