So I screwed up watching Antiques Roadshow, back to being too paranoid to wear dads watch. Upside is I'm pulling some of the others out of storage, downside is every last Tissot needs a battery
My Tissot always needs a new battery. They are the most battery-eating watches I've ever owned. Sometimes the battery don't even last 18 months.
I've noticed a big difference between battery brands but I don't know that I've figured out which ones are the good ones. A Google search might help.
Mine have sat for a few years to a decade so I'd be screwed no matter what brand I figure I'll just buy a handful of batteries and can always swap from one watch to another if I truly feel the need to wear a different color (won't happen, too lazy).
Swiss watch and German engineering, Next thing is popped collars and topsiders without socks whilst yachting,..

Funny - I thought it was Birkenstocks, socks, lacrosse sticks, and an affinity for punk music. I'm gonna be hard pressed to give up my Olukai Akepas for topsiders, but they're kinda close.
Man, I miss Saab. You know we'd have one, most likely two if they didn't shit the bed. I wear the 'stocks to be ironic.
