Before I got sick, I pooped 6-7x a day. real poops, not baby poops. Got out of bed, straight to poooper. coffee, back to pooper. on and on. someone told me more poopage the better. Im not a Dr.
If its for spite in a fort does it count toward your daily limit? I for one think spite poops shouldnt count since it was an unatural forcing of a bowel movement and may not be indicative of an underlying medical condition.
Just exactly how much were you eating? Its not possible to go that much and be normal amounts each time unless you consume an absurdly large amount of food at all times.
I think i prolly ate a whole lot.....I was always pooping. Not IBS, they were clean enjoyable poops, done at will. Pooping was my meditation time
There have been times in my life when a good bowel movement was the highlight of my day. Please don't take that from me.
When we were bodybuilding in the 1990's....always eating, always eating, always sucking down protein powder. Got back to a buddies after nightclubbing, desperately looking for hi-protein food in his house....found a coffee cup filled w/ protein powder on his counter. Jackpot. Put some water in it, tasted bad, too thick consistency, had to put peanut butter in it to even choke it down. Once the protein was safe in my belly, I told him I ate it. He says, "Dude, that was wood putty!" Was not good the next morning.....bad poopage experience.
