That's totally amazing ! They obviously couldn't do this in one take, so I wonder if the diver had to breathe from someone else's tank ? (I ran out of breath after 45 seconds)

 

One take? It wasn't even done in one place.

 

From what I can tell it was filmed in 4-5 locations (Phillipines, Mexico, Finland, etc..) and each location was shot using MANY breaths I'm sure. Editing is your friend.

Really cool vid though - I watched it last night and those free divers are insane. Static breath holds over 5-6 minutes easy and the body control they have is amazing.
