My 6 year prediction...

What a shitstorm this country has become.

If the Demonrats get control of everything in 2020,
We will be another Venezuela in about 6 years. This place (the USA) will turn in to a cesspool shithole.

It's ironic that the Demoncraps can't see what's coming. All they care about is money in their pockets (the politicians) and power. This place is already circling the bowl, and pretty soon, as early as 2020 if they get more power, this whole place is down the drain. Before I realized nothing is free- I wanted free stuff too!!

There is no Government funded anything- It's Tax payer funded.
I hope those liberals that post on here read this too. (Out of respect that you might be reading this, I refrained from calling your side a 'libtard')

And BION, I've in a good state of mind right now, and in a good mood. My futures is looking better than ever, certainly better than it was a month or two ago.

I do believe the D party is starting a hard veer to the extreme left. I think the R party of old is starting to move towards a more libertarian lean. However, we've been on a leftward tilt for a long time now and both parties are responsible. There will be a MAJOR collapse at some point, solely because history has taught us this. That being said, I still think we're a long way from civil war and all out collapse. The entire world would suffer if that were to happen.

I think the justices that have been (and hopefully will be) placed on the Supreme Court by Trump should help temper any future attempts at turning us into a socialist "utopia." Say what you will about him as a president, the fact that he got to appoint those justices instead of Hillary makes everything worth it.

I would politely disagree. The Democrats are moving to socialism or communism I agree. However the majority of Republicans have been Progressives for a while now. Thus they are fighting for how quickly to steal freedom not whether to do it.

The interesting thing is that if we were to collapse like VZ I think you would have a worldwide problem that makes the Great Depression look great and something that would last far longer. Hoping to never see that day.

 

The push for all inclusive bathrooms is merely indicative of the greater problem, which is our headlong rush to embrace those elements that would bring us down. A small crack in the dam, as it were.

 

Move to Russia? Lol. They went away from failed socialism/communism into hard core capitalism. I’m in Thailand now...guess who all the tourists are? Chinese and Russians. So much so that all signs and attractions are in Russian and Chinese.

You're right Nigel. I view a lot of this as testing the waters to see what the political temperature is. I do think the Left is overestimating the level of support they have right now, but the simple fact anyone supports some of this idiocy is frightening.

 

I think the further the left goes the more support they will lose. I am concerned about government spending though. It seems like it is not a problem in most politicians eyes. I think deficits could lead to bigger problems than the democrats attempted rush towards socialism.

 

If we have a doomsday type scenario it will be because of the debt, which neither party cares about b cause both parties are spending like rich coked up sorority girls. AOC (the lefts trump) is fucking nuts but Trump cuts taxes and wants infrastructure, healthcare, veterans prescription drugs, etc. Without a way to pay for it. So the next time we’re all talking about how great that tax cut is, and it was very good for me, I thank my nieces and nephews for it. Fortunately I don’t have any kids so I’m not sticking them with it.
