Nope, you find places that actually make a decent crust or make your own. If you don't like it cracker thin - it's gonna suck.

Yep. Not much variety for it because once something works, no one wants to try to mess with it. Stopped up at a random tiny place in Knife River on my way up north last weekend and they happened to make their own gluten free bread in house. I was astounded...Had a swordfish sandwich and was completely tickled that I got to eat a damn sandwich!
Sorry .. didn’t mean you can’t be happy . I had a pseudo gout episode for about 6-9 months two years ago .. No Wheat of any kind , it was awful. Every Gluten Free product I tried was incredibly hideous.
