You got them at the grocery store and saved them in a book and they were then redeemable for various items. The higher your grocery bill was, the more stamps you got. I have my grandmother's blue willow set. As I was told, took her many years to collect them all. My grandparents and father were dirt poor, so I appreciate them very much. It's once in a blue moon we eat off them.
