You can tell though by looking at the shelving that it's cheap. I think most home improvement stores shelving is easily recognizable as much more sturdily built than the garbage in the video. The zig-zag bracing like you see in the video is usually tack welded garbage.
I drove a forklift on the overnight shift at the orange box for a couple of years. Their racking is definitely more robust than the junk in the video, but it can still collapse much like the video if you crash into it hard enough. Not speaking from personal experience BTW.
If the shelves were at their max load rating (static) , a bump or nick by the forklift is all that‘s needed to seal the deal. Couldn't tell what was stacked there, maybe the bottled water lady tried to buy it all away from Broome.
