What do you guys think of the 94 swingarm on the 89 in pic below? Have one but not sure if I want to put it on

Do it!!! also put some inverted forks on it too,if ya got some laying around. I wouldn't trash it up with poor sticker placement, though.
and of course those old school pm's

Keep it,you will one day wish you still had it!! It will only go up in value, just my 2cents:)

If he mods it the way you described, it won't go that far up in value. The ones reaching high dollar have to be very close to 100% original. Even if I do love me some good resto mod with performance upgrades, they don't sell for much.

Agree with this I don't think I'm going to put the 94 arm on.

Good decision. It already looks smashing the way it is. I'd rock that thing to Starbucks any day of the week :D

Really want it period correct. I even go back and forth about putting the 4.5" rear wheel back on.

I always wanted to do that bike with a endurance upper/single headlight, and solo tail would be awesome, but never had connections to the parts.
More for the looks, and be a poser, but it looks awesome!Makes me feel so old :(

I still have the solo cowl, in mint condition. The bike ended up going to someone in Austin (if I recall)
    Hopefully someone here bought it.
Just minor imperfections on the right fairing (by the right side intake & the bulge above the lower mounting bolt.

FYI, sucked riding this bike on city streets in San Diego. Heat from the motor was a beotch when waiting for a light.
