I know it's a race week but I learned a thing. Yup, boar taint is a thing.

I'm lost. I grew up in farm country.
It's just gross meat from uncut adult boars.

 

We raise pigs, so yeah.

Boar taint is a funk the meat from an uncut male pig can have.

We de-nut our pigs for that reason.
