We didn't quite get to how many. We just agreed on the principle. I think we should go with the standard deduction, whatever that is.
Not to start a huge controversy, but I also think it wouldn't be a terrible thing to go to .5 per reception instead of 1 to rebalance things a bit between WRs and RBs. Thoughts?
So 1 for a real reception and .5 for a handoff? Or .5 across the board? Either way it does make sense if one player is getting a lot more points per game just for going a yard a carry because he touched the ball.
I think the league points work as is. I would leave well enough alone, outside of fixing interceptions.
I don't even understand how that makes sense. When the guy is handed the ball, he's basically losing yardage until he starts making progress. It is very rare that a catch isn't a positive thing.
