It isn't difficult to see both sides of a situation like this? Different cultures do not belong together in all cases because many of them are simply too far apart to meld into a peaceful coexistence. Birds of a feather, so to speak. It's not going to change.

 

Common sense says that’s a waste of money. There’s no indication that welfare recipients are more likely to take drugs than people that aren’t on welfare. I think I read somewhere when Florida did it they had almost no drug pops. Drug testing is super expensive.

 

If Trump required any kind of treatment of immigrants like this the left would be calling for his head. They would call him the next hitler.

I don't agree with testing recipients (However I STRONGLY believe in a work requirement) but this study seems to indicate higher drug use.

IMHO, rate is irrelevant. When someone needs assistance for the basics life needs, recreational chemicals should not be in their budget.
