In reality? I don't think its funny at all, it sucks and I know it, my best friend is diabetic and still treats his body like a garbage dump.....hence why I try to get every person I know and/or care about to clean up their friggin diets (granted most I know are Type 2 and its a result of poor life choices not circumstances beyond their control). Any time anyone asks me how I stay in year round great shape I'm more than happy to share my diet and workout routines. Most hear it and say "yeah there's no way I could/would ever do any of that." OK, you're a grown adult and more than capable of making your own choices I say to them
Eating a rice cake on its own is like eating a spoon. That’s stupid. Rice cakes are for carrying other things that you want to eat. Rice cake nachos are a good low carb option.
I’ve never been worried about eating low carb. I don’t eat stupid shit like cakes, cookies, cokes, etc. But I don’t necessarily worry about carbs. I bet I easily get over 500g of carbs per day.
Lucky you. I have to worry about carbs. I never ate a lot of stupid shit either but even pasta, breads and starchy vegetables will lead to weight gain for me. It almost doesn’t matter how active I am or how much exercise I’m getting.
Fuck you I had a babysitter when I was a little kid that made us eat that stuff. It was terrible. To this day, just seeing the jar turns my stomach. My wife brought some home for a recipe one time and I threw it straight into the trash.
But Broome has meth-head levels of energy. 500g of carbs is fine when you do six hours of cardio every day, and even typing is a high impact workout.
Well that’s true. Broome is a statistical anomaly. Right now I’m trying to keep my carb intake under 50g/day
