NYC suing oil companies

I'm actually very excited to see this happen. DeBagio is doing this as a political stunt and does not realize how much damage he is about to cause to the climate scam. It will put the final nail in the coffin of this cultist agenda when this is pushed and failed. It had to come to this eventually, let's get er done!

 

They cite the following costs as some that could be recouped;

Wildfire fighting and damage costs
Irrigation costs
Increased maintenance costs to roads, bridges, and buildings
Damage to wildlife habitat
Tourism losses including skiing due to lack of snow
Increased pine beetle damage

These are just from memory. There are more.

 

All those tar and chip and asphalt roads made from oil based products are being ruined from climate change as a result of oil companies.

 

The damage to roads and bridges in New York is mostly from all the salt spread on them during the winter. And you are very correct about all the billions New York state spent battling wildfires!

 

Ferrous metals never corroded prior to oil companies. LOL.

Egypt should really be able to cash in for all of the extra deterioration and the continued eroding of the pyramids. No doubt they would have remained in pristine condition if it weren’t for the discovery of oil.

Yet another great reason to mandate yet another increase for the use of ethanol.

Don't forget....in Boulder, it is illegal to transport nuclear weapons through the city, deploy nuclear weapons from the city, or aim nuclear weapons at the city from other locations! Sure is a beautiful place, but there are some significant "issues" to overcome...

 

The rest of CO is exempt.

 

But imagine the chaos a competent lawyer could cause in discovery. Subpoena the code and data from any 'expert' used etc. Gut the anti-science cult for what it is by making them prove it WITH data being present.
