    That number is just for the Soundcloud listens, so yes, downloads, YouTube and iTunes I'm sure brings it up.

    Great podcast Ken! I think 10 and 11 are the two hardest for club racers who DIY their own bike maintenance and setup.

    I don't disagree. For #10, riders that ride without technique struggle to get over a bad day. Embrace it, figure out what you were supposed to learn from it and move on. #11 was aimed at riders that spend senseless money on their bike, expecting a lap time difference. Case in point, I had a rider cancel their Rick Development Camp this month so they could have a super bike motor built (which cost twice what the school cost) and at their first race weekend, they were slower with it. Or, the rider who emailed me 50x over the winter to ask about a thumb brake, who couldn't make it 1 lap hitting every apex.....
