Y'all slippin. Anyhow, I'm going to wait for all the details to come out before I'm gonna be able to see how it effects me.
Why discuss the latest incarnation of failure theater? Its a pretty easy guess it will go just like this: 1. Introduction 2. Leftist media picks it apart using emotional argument. 3. Right media praises it even though it's just another power/money grab with no benefit to the middle class. 4. Left pols will fully align against it since they can actually produce a unified front. 5. It will get close to passing. 6. It will die at the hands of the Rinos/Cruz/Paul. 7. Trump will have a Twitantrum. 8. Nothing will change.
Well, MSNBC's Morning Joe is already claiming it will not help the middle class in any way. By Saturday the narrative will be how it will "decimate" the middle class and how it benefits the rich only. Meanwhile the positive press about it is flowing from far right media. The marketing machines are warming up as the truth slinks off to hide, as usual. Everybody wants more. Companies want to earn more. Producers want to keep more. Leeches want to take more. Pols want to stay more. Two of those four groups will win. Want to guess which two?
It won't benefit you or harm you because it will never pass. Redoing the tax code makes repealing / fixing the ACA look like child's play. Everybody (or every lobby group anyway - and that is all that matters) has their favorite tax breaks and will scream the world is coming to and end if they lose them.
Just remember, whichever one you choose to use, the correct one will be the other one. You can effect an affect or affect an effect.
You should stand in the middle of the interstate until they fix that shit. It's pure, unadulterated grammatical malfeasance. Someone needs to do something. Think of future generations.
It sucks as it makes even fewer pay. There should be at least 5% even on welfare just to get rid of the it's free nonsense.
