Is an OEM replacement the only option or is there good aftermarket rebuild kits out there? Thanks

    Whats it doing?
I used to take them apart and cut diagram out and get a new oring for out side and then it wont need vacumm to make it work. New pop rivits and you have an on and off valve.
Check ebay for rebuild kit. They may be one.

Is bike a street bike or race bike?

F3 needs pump to work as a race bike.
    But street bike its fine.

The Ebay ones are junk! They will fail right before you are supposed to go out on track! Never fails! Lol

$15 ebay ones definitely are junk, plus they've never been the correct diameter once I get them. Finally sucked it up for the EX500's and bought two Pingels.

You can use a F3 fuel valve also. You would need to cap off the vacuum line on the side of the head. And I would only buy OEM Honda!
