    Where does one get this form? And how do we go about finding how many consecutive years we have in? I joined in 2003 but had at least a couple lapses between renewals.

    You just write "lifetime" across the top of the regular form. Your lapses would reset your 10 consecutive years, which is what gets you the lifetime license.

    Got mine about 2001, now working on a triple.

    And to Cajun's original question, I race a vintage bike, but also race a modern bike, and have for most of my career.
