    So the next time my windows stop staying attached to the cranks I should get in touch with you? :D

    To explain - the double sided tape they use to attach the bracket portion to the window was glued over some sort of paint - eventually the paint peels from the glass staying on the tape and the window flaps in the breeze. Had it happen to a couple of them and they sent me a primer and epoxy to fix it. So far so good on the repair. Just waiting for more of the stock stuff to let loose.
