Hello, I would like to buy your supermoto wheels if you're interested. I can buy the wheels outright or I can ship you my stock wheels and some money. The stock wheels currently have road tires on them but i can ship them with dirt tires as well. Thanks, Teagg
Thanks for the offer but if I sell it will be the way I have it now. If i change my mind I will let you know. Johnny
i've got some 17" wheels and tires for a CRF150r if you're still interested. shoot me a PM. if not, thread bump and GLWS OP
I'm curious, I have a 150R that I gave to my best friend for his boys to ride dirt. They are close to outgrowing it. How much does a set of wheels like that cost, if I wanted to supermoto it?
Excel's all done up are around 1000$. The 12" wheels seem to be popular down here in FL and are quick on smaller tight tracks. Those are much cheaper, closer to 500-600$. With the 17's I run BS 125 GP slicks and for the rear I just use whatever take off front tire from the big bikes I can get.
I have to say I do recommend going with the 17 rather than 12 “ wheels. The way they are geared, even with the smallest rear sprocket, you will too easily top out in high gear. There is only so fast you can go. Get the bigger wheels and it won’t feel like you are too short geared all the time. With that said, it did not stop me from enjoying my buddys 12” wheeled CRF.
