guys, I have had QS on carbed bikes for years, zx7- R1, I use techtronics, and trans-logic. any system that kills ignition will work. and for those that are concerned about space. here http://www.starlane.com/vedit/15/cr...co-acquisizione-dati-PRODOTTI.asp?idprod=1136
That's a slick little unit- I can't even begin to fathom how that sensor can detect a desired shift- smarter men than I came up with it though,LOL
OK guys another update. Changed products and just finished installing this. http://www.healtech-electronics.com/products/qse/ Solves a lot of unique problems like lack of clearance for a shift sensor etc etc. Setup and adjustments are done via Bluetooth without even touching the bike. They have bike specific wiring and the generic harness I used. Install took all of 15 minutes. Will road test tomorrow and see how it's working and will be on track in 2 weeks. Unit is available from ridersdiscount but is special order. TJ has asked that I fully test and vet the unit before he takes additional orders. Please let me finish testing before bombarding TJ with questions. Hit me up with any questions
Cool, that would work on my Tuono, which doesn't have a shift rod... Might be able to get a second buyer...
The suspense is killing me.....what is the deal with this? Time frame? Price? We are going to Roebling at the end of next month. Would like to have it by then, if not I'm going another route.
No secret they are available from riders discount at a price better than the hm. Only wait is if you want to wait for my feedback from the race track this weekend.
