Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia passed away

Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia found did this morning in Texas after a day of dove hunting. He had been appointed by Reagan. Not quite sure I remember the complete numbers, but think this will sway the balance of the court when Obama appoints a new judge.
