    There was an episode on This American Life many moons ago about the fairly high incidence of underage boys having their first experiences with significantly older women. Anyone hear that? I'd like to find it again, but I haven't been successful so far.

    I don't condone it. I'd be outraged as a parent if my minor was involved whether son or daughter.

    I have to question what message is being sent?

    Now, I am not against the sentencing. I am just observing here:

    Are private schools teachers in CA, unionized?

    If no, this look like shooting a paper target, and the message is likely not to be heard.
