We camped next to Zemke at the AMA's at Miller this year. 4 days, 3 feet from each other and not a word. I like that. I'm usually getting bitched at so ya... Zemke is cool.
Chris - Superbike Jake - DSB Jake is a good guy, and not terribly picky about setup. He did an amazing job putting our P1A bike on pole in 2011, when I asked him before qualifying about what changes he wanted, he said, "It's good, I just need to ride it better." That was all. The bike was good, and he just rode the wheels off of it. Superb.
Exactly... Ever seen this dude on a CBR1K????? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbTy4ETM7VY You're welcome!
Perhaps you should arrange a test session for me before you blaspheme any more and find yourself in one of the non air conditioned suites at my Uncle Beelzebub's resort.
Definitely saw what he did to Mladin and Spies at Miller in 2006 on one. He broke the 2 season long winning streak that Yosh Suzuki had on the series.
Just needs to be on a competitive 600. The Duc and the Trumpets he's been on are not really cutting it against the Graves R6's these last couple of seasons.
Man with all the Spies this and Nicky that, it's good to see one of the good guys getting a shot. Never met Jake (bucket list this year) but he seems like about the coolest guy in the paddock: no BS, just goes out and rides his ass off no matter what bike he's on. Good choice CU, your daddy taught you well!
