You credit all the people but yet the reality is that without the founders the firm would not have been created. Further if they made poor choices or executed poorly it would not exist. The fact that others were involved (and compensated regardless of success) is irrelevant. They are part of the climate/environment as stated by another poster. My second part was sarcasm. I have a long list achievements if the work did not require me to start and run thing but rather just happened.
If outsourcing is such a terrible thing then why is Jeff Immelt one of Obama's close friends and his Jobs Czar? Roughly 50% of GE employees are in other countries, where GE also parks its profits to avoid taxes. GE paid no taxes in 2010. NONE.
Hey, I just asked a question in a discussion. No need to get your panties in a wad. I think the answer you gave is indirect and you mention the system that your firm succeeded in and the people who were employed. But that's ok, no need to answer.
Do I look like I give a shit? Dishonest shit from both ends and context are two different things anyway.
"My firm was built on the vision, risk and hard work of its founders and. . . " You and Sheeple may read it but you are not comprehending. The partisan shit is wearing me down. Sorry.
Well, I, for one, am really glad that I had a hand in it. And to think, I did it and wasn't even trying to help.
Actually I was amazed that you went from the part above to the part that mirrored Obama. I do think this goes beyond party and is basic philosophy. Obama believes in group think type of patterns while I am more individual liberty and responsibility. This topic is just one that illustrates the difference.
The fact is that both parts are true. You need individual initiative and the proper environment. Your assessment of Obama is delusional. He has done little to reign in predatory capitalism. How many bankers went to jail for the banking fiasco that almost brought down the US economy? Again, there are many valid criticisms of Obama, but I'm not sure that you've found one yet. And the only reason I might not rent a movie on election night is that Romney is such an unreliable freak that I might rather have even more mediocre Obama than Romney from the great unknown.
But he has engaged in a lot of crony capitalism. Blessed are those who contributed to his campaign. That would have interfered with his fund raising.
Neither the Republicans or the Democrats are EVER doing anything to make Government SMALLER...show me any meaningful thing you have seen to the contrary.
Romney is a piece of shit for his success and the businesses he's built but it's okay the Oprah is worth way more and half of the Hollywood elite that cup any liberal President's balls are okay too. I just love liberal stupidity(the far left kind).
