I just had a conversation about this with a friend of mine. Us young'ins are so used to doing things ourselves...

Want a computer? Research everything computer, then find the best prices to save $5, then assemble it. Want a car? Read about every car, then call everywhere for the best price.

But with TJ, I literally send him an email saying, "Hey, I want my bike to be awesome," and he comes back with a list of suggestions and the best prices for them. It's like having a concierge that gives me a discount. Don't you understand?

It's like having some kind of magic tooth fairy... but for motorcycles, and ships via UPS.
