Battery Charger

Anyone here know of a way to charge a 98 TZ250 battery? Since it has harness sticking out of it with a plug at the end of it, I'm not sure if there is a special charger for it. I was thinking that since it's a sealed lead acid battery just like any other motorcycle battery that if I made a harness that plugs into the battery with a positive and negative terminal I could charge it with a battery tender. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

You should have gotten a pig-tail adapter that plugs into the battery and teriminates into two alligator clamps. I use a motorcycle sized (1A) trickle charger to charge my battery. From memory, the battery should show 12.8-13.4V with a multimeter if it has an adequate charge.
