I have a 1991 tz 250, I just dug it out of my garage. I am looking for a ball park on jetting range, and maybe some ride height suggestions.

I believe you can run a 400 or 410 with an R-4-5?? Should be plenty safe..

I currently have 330's in both cylinders,r-6's/3-clip position. it has new reeds, the plugs are sooty black.

Buy an air density guage and either EGT or O2 sensor. And start taking notes, lots of them.

James you may want to post what fuel you are using. That seems very lean to me.....

I am running premium pump gas, Motul 800 2t oil
