I need to replace the crank on my 95 rs 125, i need help in knowing all the parts/ gaskets/ bearings i need to order, if anyone can provide a cost cutting complete list of parts needed it would be great (to save money if i can reuse it i will, i can then look up the part numbers myself before i order), any tips for small reliable speed parts to install or modify while the cases are apart?

both rscycles and mce racing have lists on their websites of all the parts involved in a bot*** end rebuild.

Here is the RSCycles link: http://www.rscycles.com/hrc_parts.htm

I don't know if the lists include them but trans bearings are cheap and easy to replace
while you have the motor that far apart.

The minimum you will need other than the crank, is a couple of Main bearings, the oil seal from either side of the crank, some liquid gasket sealant, and more than likely a clutch cover gasket ( they always tear ) When re-fitting the engine it is worth shimming it up correctly, so you may need to get a couple of shims too.
