WTB NY 08-09 R6 oem stay,upper triple,etc

I am looking for the following oem parts for 08 R6:

Upper triple with ignition switch(complete lock set would be ideal)
clutch cable
Complete stay with ram air
muffler
Fuel tank top cover (prefer raven but others will do)
Fuel tank (prefer raven but others will do)
bar ends

I'm trying to rebuild my bike after a careless driver decided to pull out in front of me :down:
