LIKE THE TITLE SAYS, IT IS AN 08 WITH CLEAN TITLE, I HAVE THE KEY BUT NO CLUSTER SO I CANNOT RUN IT TO TEST THE MOTOR.
TIRES ARE ORIGINAL ONES THAT DUCATI SHIPPED THEM OUT WITH AND THEY ARE GOOD SHOWING THAT IT HAS VERY LOW MILES.
CRASH WAS NOT BAD, RIGHT SIDE IS FLAWLESS SO IT WAS ON THE LEFT.
THE WATER PUMP COVER IS LIGLY SCRATCHED SO IT WAS A LOW SPEED DOWN ON THE LEFT SIDE. BY THE WAY, IF SOMEONE HAS A CLUSTER, I WOULD LIKE TO BUY IT. I NEED IT FOR 3 BIKES. 848 OR 1098...

A wreck that is enough to tuck the front end doesn't seem like such a light hit. Its a good couple inches are you 100% certain that front wheel has no damage at all?


And from what others are telling me is that the whole key system is coded meaning one needs the cluster, ecu, locks, proper keys. If you find out a way around the ducati cluster fizuk please let me in on the skinny there.

That's correct. No way around it.

Yeah, there is..... This is the way it works.
On 749 / 999 you must change lock set, ecu, cluster (comes with red key)
On 848 / 1098 you must change lock set and cluster only. My cost is $980 (no more red key)
But, use of Ducati race ecu eliminates all together.

I just checked the front end, it is perfect. I also measured the wheelbase with the 1098 I have and they are identical.

Good luck with the sell of this bike.

IMO, it is too high as rough trade is 7200 right now and that is no where near rough......

If you want to get down around 5k for it I might be interested.
