I am searching for sprockets to fit my Yosh-kit 16.5" Marchesini superbike rim. The typical Marchesini-fit sprockets do not fit.

Typical Marchesini-fit sprocket:
100mm bolt circle (5-bolt 10mm holes)
76mm inner hole
flat sprocket

Sprocket I need:
98mm bolt circle (5-bolt 10mm holes)
78mm inner hole
offset (+3.5mm)

Need: 520 x 42/43/45T
Prefer: lightweight hardcoated sprockets

I can see what my vendor has and get back with you. I know they make their own sprockets. Be tomorrow before I could find out.

i have ordered un cut sprockets (no weight holes before) for custom cut/apps.. they are really good like that

That is my vendor. I will take care of the leg work for him. I talk to them almost every day.

Guys, that is so awesome of you!

Everyone is telling me "talk to Sprocket Specialists... they'll get it done" ... looks like it's unanimous. :)

I've been speaking with Sprocket Specialists via e-mail & phonecalls... trying to tell them the standard 2680Z Marchesini sprockets they sell do not fit. (Wrong bolt circle, wrong hole I.D., wrong offset.)

Apparently the wheel I have is a Yoshimura/Marchesini 16.5" sprint wheel... a bit of a rare bird.

Does anyone have sprockets for that?

I'm seeking a 520x43T and a 520x45T.
Attached are pics of my 44T clearly showing the offset.
