Bike specs as per the last round of the Australian Superbike series are as follows ( gears apply to package buyer):

* SJK kit guillotine power valve cylinder and forged SJK kit pistons (crank is standard Yamaha roller-bearing which means we run in on non-synthetic oil)
* SJK kit exhaust with 31mm dia. muffler (we tested this on the dyno)
* SJK kit ignition with ignition switch which has 8 multiple configurations (4 for each power valve cut off)
* 39mm carburetor (+1mm from standard; again tested on dyno, 40mm carb. also supplied), we also run 8-series needles
* Carbon reeds modified as per kit manual
* We are currently running a fuel pump with a sealed airbox, however if you wish running the breather hose from the tank to the airbox could be sufficient .
* Electric water pump with total loss battery system with nickel hydride rechargeable batteries capable of running well over GP distance.
* 11.4cc head (this is what we ran for unleaded at most tracks)
* AiM data logger system; which currently logs rpm, wheel speed, throttle position, lean angle, as well as mapping the race track with a gyro. other channels are still available for additional instruments. The AiM logger has a separate digital dash which can display warnings for water temp, EGT sensors etc.. as well as having shift lights and rpm gauge. We run a separate small battery for the rpm alone because running the sensor from the stator was insufficient (this battery can do a weekend race meeting without charge).
* Engine cases have had the crank case volume reduced which gives the bike a big advantage mid-range, this was done by machining the reed block face 5mm, this has been done on both engines for compatibility.
* Bike also has a det counter fitted, (this is not standard for TZ125)
* Bike also has WP non-radial forks with Brembo non-radial caliper and radial master cylinder.
* New Ohlin's rear suspension (7.5 spring is fitted however we also have 7.0 and 6.6 for wet races)
* The sub-frame has 20mm extension brackets fitted to suit the rider however these can be easily removed to revert back to standard specs.

* Spare engine served to us as a back-up in cases of crank failure which thankfully hasn't happened. It has same modifications to the cases as the main engine. Has run in crank fitted and comes with same SJK Cylinder with guillotine power valve and piston.
* The spare engine has all parts fitted to go, i.e. oil pump, magneto, modified for electric water pump, clutch housing, etc... however we do not have a gearbox fitted, yet the pinion and wheel shafts are there.
* Gearbox ratios that will be supplied are as follows; (we also have gearbox speed charts)
1st; B C D
2nd; A B C E
3rd; A B C E
4th; A B C D
5th; A B C E
6th; A B C D E
* Standard gearbox is C,B,B,B,B,B ; some of the gears which we do not have are factory gears and very hard to come by.
* Standard plus 61T primary.
* The final gearing range has 40 different combinations, front sprockets are 15,16,17,18,19 and rear are 35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42 (some of these sprockets have been specially made by AFAM)

If bought as a package, there is enough of everything to last a season a part from fuel and tires.



This is the only Yamaha to qualify for Grand Prix, the only one to win Australia Superbike Championship rounds. Finished second in the Championship and ahead of Aprilias RSW, FRS Hondas, HRC Hondas etc.
